Processing & transit
Orders are processed in 2–3 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed on weekends. Estimated transit is 15–30 calendar days after dispatch. Processing and transit are separate periods; transit times are estimates.
Shipping charges
Free shipping applies only when an order contains at least 2 selling units AND the merchandise subtotal is $45.99 or more. A case counts as one selling unit. Orders that do not meet both conditions have a $5.99 shipping charge. One item does not qualify for free shipping on its own.
Tracking, tax & duties
We send the tracking number by email after dispatch. Product prices include tax and import duties; you do not need to pay these separately.
Address changes
Email [email protected] to request an address change while an order is being processed. Once the parcel has shipped, we cannot accept address changes. BOIO is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
Email [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. For damage, include photographs where available so we can review the order and advise on the next step. Our returns policy covers eligible product problems.
